Here's How:

  1. Click on Submit a Secure Document
  2. A new Window will open (bpabenefits.app.box.com)
  3. Select your file/document
  4. Enter a Description and your email address
  5. Click Upload

Forms and documentation are reviewed in the order they are received. Please allow 7-10 business days for the completion of the verification process or account updates once you have submitted all required documentation. If any additional information is required, a Trust representative will reach out directly to you.
